Terms and Conditions for Sauna Reservations
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sauna reservations made through this website. By completing a reservation, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Reservation and PaymentThe reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been completed.By making a reservation, the Customer authorizes the service provider to charge additional fees after the reservation if damages, rule violations, or extra cleaning needs are identified. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. A refundable security deposit of €50 is required for every reservation.
The deposit is returned in full after the sauna session, provided that no damage, breakages, rule violations, or excessive cleaning needs are identified. The refund is always initiated on the same day the session ends. However, depending on the Customer’s bank, the funds may take 3–5 business days to appear back in the Customer’s account. The service provider reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not completed according to the provided instructions.
3. Use of the Sauna Premises
The Customer and their entire party (“Group”) must follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided before or during the reservation. You are not allowed to bring any more guests than you have paid for. The Customer is fully responsible for the behaviour and compliance of their Group throughout the entire reservation period. Any illegal activity, disorderly conduct, or violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional charges.
4. Liability and Damage Compensation
The Customer is fully liable for all damages, breakages, losses, or additional cleaning requirements caused to:
- the premises,
- equipment,
- fixtures,
- furniture,
or any property belonging to the service provider.
The Customer agrees to compensate all repair, replacement, and labour costs in full, including any professional cleaning or restoration needed.The Customer is also liable for:
- damages caused by third parties invited by the Customer,
- any harm caused to neighbouring premises or other tenants during the reservation.
The service provider determines the cost of damages based on actual repair/cleaning invoices, material replacement prices, and required work hours.
5. Health and Safety Responsibility
Sauna use involves heat exposure and other inherent risks. The Customer and their Group use the facilities entirely at their own risk.The Customer is solely responsible for:
- their own safety,
- their Group’s safety,
and ensuring that all participants are physically able to use sauna facilities.
The service provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, medical issues, or any health-related consequences arising from sauna use.
6. Responsibility for Personal Belongings
All personal items brought into the premises are the Customer’s responsibility. The service provider is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
7. Alcohol and Behaviour
If alcohol consumption is allowed, the Customer is responsible for ensuring it occurs safely and legally. Intoxication does not limit or reduce the Customer’s liability for damages, misconduct, or safety violations.
8. Cleaning Requirements
The premises must be left in a tidy and orderly condition. The service provider may charge an additional cleaning fee if the premises are left excessively dirty or in a condition requiring more than standard cleaning.
9. Additional Charges
The Customer accepts that additional charges may be applied for:
- damages or breakages,
- missing items,
- stains or spills requiring special cleaning,
- excessive cleaning needs,
- rule violations,
- unauthorized guests or activities
- Charges may be invoiced after the reservation based on documented evidence.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies are displayed on the reservation page. Late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures do not entitle the Customer to refunds, partial or full.
11. Force Majeure
The service provider is not liable for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events outside their reasonable control, including power outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
12. Right to Deny Access
The service provider reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the reservation immediately if the Customer or their Group:
- behaves in a dangerous manner,
- violates rules,
- damages property,
- harasses staff or other customers,
- or acts in a way that may cause risk or harm.
No refund will be issued in such cases, and additional charges may apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
